LFN Publisher Terms of Use

Effective date: October 1, 2026

LFN Publisher is an internal tool operated by Insight on Esports, Inc., doing business as Last Free Nation (“LFN”), that uses YouTube API Services to upload LFN’s episodes to LFN’s YouTube channels and to report on their performance.

    1. Who may use it. LFN Publisher is for LFN staff and the owners of LFN’s YouTube channels only. It is not available to the public.
    2. YouTube’s terms apply. By using LFN Publisher, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and acknowledge that Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to data processed through YouTube API Services.
    3. Authorization. LFN Publisher acts on a YouTube channel only after that channel’s owner authorizes it through Google’s sign-in. The owner can revoke that authorization at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
    4. Content. Users may only publish content that LFN has the rights to publish and that complies with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
    5. Privacy. How LFN Publisher handles data is described in the “YouTube API Services (LFN Publisher)” section of our Privacy Policy: https://lastfreenation.com/privacy-policy/.
    6. Changes and termination. LFN may change or stop LFN Publisher, or remove a user’s access, at any time.
    7. No warranty. LFN Publisher is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
